What happens during a buyer consultation?

We talk finances

UGH. I know right. But, laying out what your current financial commitments are and what your budget is for a home is step 1. We'll get you all hooked up with a mortgage broker to get you pre-approved so we know exactly what your budget is.

Pros/Cons list

This is KEY. Clients will often not stick to their list or throw their list out the door as soon as they walk into a house. I have some great tools to share to keep you on track and to help you find a home that fits your criteria.
